The grand IIJW 2014 was held from 14th to 17th July at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. This event is organized by Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) every year to provide international exposure to Indian jewellery designs & craftsmanship. The main objective of this event is to present India as a prime jewelry destination for international buyers.
Top jewelry brands like Gitanjali Group, Surya Gold, Rio Tinto, Amrapali, Ghanshyamdas, Swaroski, Tanishq etc. and famous jewelry designers like Farha Khan, Preeti Jain showcased their fabulous creations.
The jewelry week saw a great variety and exquisite designs in all categories such as pret, couture and bridal for the upcoming season. Some of these masterpieces will become the latest trend of this season.
Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor who is well known for her fashion style is the Brand Ambassador for this event.
